Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are strictly prohibited.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid street address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used from one residence at a time.

You may not through your posting of content or Links directly or indirectly attempt to (a) impersonate another person, (b) exploit children under 18 years of age, (c) invade the privacy of any person (including, but not limited to, posting personally identifying or otherwise private information about a person without their advance consent or their parents. advance consent in the case of a child under 18 years of age), or (d) solicit personal information from children under 18 years of age.

General Conditions

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Service to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
The section titles in the Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Filtro customers, employee, member, or officer may result in immediate account termination.
If your bandwidth significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Filtro) of other ParentProxy customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or throttle your usage until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.

Termination

Filtro, in its sole discretion, has the right to limit, suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Filtro service, with or without notice at any time, including without limitation, if Filtro has been notified by third parties or has any concern that any of your activities may infringe third party rights or violate the laws or regulations of any applicable jurisdiction.
Termination of the Service will result in the immediate deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content and Links in your Account.
Filtro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Software License Agreement

The software which accompanies this licenses (the "Software") is the property of Filtro, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Filtro, Inc. provides and licenses the use of the Software worldwide.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software.

Limited Warranty

NO WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRSS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARICULAR PURPOSE. FILTRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINER IN SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR OPERATE IN AN ENVIRONMENT CREATED BY YOU OR THAT THE OPERATION OF PARENTPROXY WILL BE UNITERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR THAT PARENTPROXY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER FILTRO NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY SOFTWARE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, REVENUE, DATA, INCURRED BY USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF FILTRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
